NETWORK FOR SOVEREIGNTY AND COMMUNITY ASRF as a Consortium The American States Rights Forum serves as a coalition that unites state representatives, organizations, and groups with a shared commitment to state sovereignty and decentralization. Acting as a platform for direct communication, resource-sharing, and collaboration, ASRF brings together both states and like-minded organizations to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and address critical issues such as regional infrastructure, economic policy, and education—without relying on federal oversight. A Meeting Place for States and Allies ASRF is more than a forum for states; it’s a meeting place where groups like the Tenth Amendment Center and other advocates of state rights and independence converge. Here, states and individuals can learn about established groups and initiatives already working to promote local governance and individual freedoms. This consortium enables participants to join forces with an existing organization or become active in initiatives that align with their values, helping to build a powerful, coordinated network for change. Integrating Community and Religious Organizations Faith-based and community organizations have long been pillars of American society, fostering civic engagement, charitable giving, and resilience. ASRF partners with these institutions, encouraging collaboration with state governments to reinforce the unique values that define each state’s identity. Through community partnerships, ASRF helps to empower local leadership, strengthen community bonds, and ensure that states remain responsive to the needs of their citizens.

BUILDING STATE SOVEREIGNTY Through this unity, we empower states to address key areas independently—such as healthcare, education, law enforcement, and local economic policy—without the constraints of centralized federal control. Supporting State-Led Law Enforcement and Financial Independence Unity also means creating a collaborative environment where states can implement initiatives that secure their sovereignty, including state-led law enforcement and increased financial independence from federal control. Together, we work toward solutions that allow states to regulate their own resources, oversee local law enforcement, and minimize dependency on federal funds—all critical steps in building resilient, self-sufficient states that uphold the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
